Mooncirkels
In these circles, we create a safe, loving space to connect, share, and heal. We align ourselves with the natural cycle of the moon—usually during a new moon or full moon.
Each moon phase carries its own energy.
- New Moon invites silence, reflection and the planting of new intentions.
- Full Moon
is a time of letting go, celebrating and harvesting insights.
In the moon circle, we use rituals like meditation, breathwork, visualizations, card readings, intuitive dance, and cremation rituals to release what no longer serves you. Feminine energy is also central to the moon circles. There’s room for everyone’s story—nothing is required, everything is allowed.
Why participate in a moon circle?
Connection – You feel supported by the power of a group.
Cyclical living – You learn to live in harmony with the moon and your own rhythms.
Depth – By slowing down, you discover what truly lives within you.
Growth – Intentions gain clarity and direction. Old things can be released. A moon circle is not a lesson, not an achievement—it’s an experience. An invitation to come home to yourself, in the rhythm of nature.
Meditation/Pranayama
Meditation and pranayama (conscious breathing) offer a framework. A place to return to stillness, clarity, and connection with yourself.
During these sessions, we combine simple breathing techniques with guided, silent meditation. We take the time to calm the nervous system and use the breath as a bridge to the inner self. There’s no need to “be able to” or “achieve” anything—it’s about being present in the moment, exactly as it is.
Each session has a gentle structure: we begin with grounding in the body, then delve deeper with breathwork, and conclude with silent or guided meditation.
What can you achieve?
- Peace of mind.
- Conscious breathing as a powerful tool.
- More focus, clarity and relaxation
Are you ready to discover what breathwork and silence can do for you?
Hatha Yoga Sessions
Hatha yoga is a calming, accessible form of yoga that combines breath, posture, and awareness. In our sessions, you take the time to truly connect with your body. No rush, no pressure – just space to feel and connect with yourself.
We work with classic postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and short meditative moments. The focus is on stability, softness, and body awareness, not on performance. The mindful pace creates space to release tension and experience stillness, both physically and mentally.
Whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing yoga for a while, you’re welcome, just the way you are.
Soulcraft
An intuitive creation session
In the Soulcraft session, we connect with our creative energy by creating something tangible—with our hands and our hearts.
We alternate between two rituals:
Making a dream catcher—as a symbol of what you want to invite.
Designing affirmation cards—intuitive reminders that give you strength and direction.
You don’t have to be ‘creative’—it’s about the process, not perfection. We start with a brief explanation, and then you follow your own flow, at your own pace.
Practicals
All materials are provided, from feathers and dried flowers to blank cards, glue, and markers.
Each participant is given a private space to create in peace—at a table, on the floor, or outside in the shade.
Freeform, free time
This session lasts approximately 2 hours, but it never feels rushed. We ensure the space and materials are available, so you can continue crafting whenever you like. At the end, you’ll take your card(s) or dreamcatcher home with you as a tangible reminder of your intentions.
A nice bonus!
Would you like to share your creation? We’d love to do something fun with it on social media. Only if you’re willing – your energy, your choice.
Soulcraft is a loving pause. A moment of magic, creativity, and connection with your inner world.
